PT&ED Equipment stands for Pretreatment and Electrocoating system, the front core process of automotive painting lines. The pretreatment section completes degreasing, rinsing and surface conditioning to remove oil, dust and rust on workpieces. The electrocoating (e-coat) process deposits a uniform anti-corrosion primer film on metal surfaces. This system delivers superior rust protection and strong coating adhesion for vehicle bodies or components. Equipped with temperature control, liquid circulation, filtration and wastewater treatment units, it meets global environmental standards. Widely used for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and engineering machinery painting projects.
