Changchun Plant 2, constructed in 2020;Maximum capacity :23JPH
FAW-Volkswagen is building a new black roof coating line at Changchun Plant 2 for VW416 and other B-segment models. Conveying and thermal equipment shall be designed for a max 700 kg steel body.
Workpieces come post VW-standard solvent-borne e-coat, PVC and topcoat, after finishing and spot repair.
Nanjing Lishui, constructed in 2022;Maximum capacity :35JPH
This turnkey project delivers a 35 JPH car body & bumper painting line for Nanjing Changan MPVs, covering pretreatment, e-coat, automatic LASD gluing, UBS, UBC, side skirt, spray booths and ovens. It adopts waterborne 3C1B (1PH) process: wet-on-wet application of waterborne primer surfacer and base coat, followed by thermal leveling, forced cooling, solvent-borne 1K clear coat spraying and ambient flash-off before topcoat baking.

This turnkey project supplies a painting line for Nanjing Kangni’s metro doors, including spray booths, ovens and related facilities.
Designed for 3-shift operation, it achieves an annual capacity ≥100,000 standard door panels with a 3-min tact time per panel. It features robotic electrostatic bell spraying and automatic robotic loading/unloading, adopting a double-layer overhead suspension workpiece system.
The line spans two floors. Floor 1 handles blank pretreatment, degumming, grinding, putty application & baking, primer and intermediate coating. Floor 2 covers intermediate coat grinding, colour sorting, topcoating, inspection and final acceptance.
Overhead storage on Floor 1 holds pre-painting semi-finished doors (96 panels per train set). Finished panels are stored line-side for one train set. Beyond regular production needs, the storage system provides over 15% extra reserve capacity.

This project is a turnkey project providing pre-treatment lines and powder coating lines for Minth Auto Parts (primarily aluminum-based materials). It includes pre-tnt and electrophoresis, radiant drying ovens, powder spray booths, and powder curing ovens.

This project is a turnkey project for VINFAST NEW PLANT, providing a 70 JPH complete vehicle painting line and bumper line for the VF3 and VF7 models. It includes body pre-treatment and electrophoresis processes, LASD automatic gluing, UBS, UBC and side skirts, paint boens, plastic parts painting ovens, etc.

This turnkey 40 JPH project supplies body-in-white and plastic bumper painting lines in Indonesia for VinFast VF3, VF5, VF6, VF7, Herio Green, Limo Green, Limo7 and VF9. Scope: pretreatment, e-coat, LASD gluing, UBS, UBC, side skirts, spray booths and ovens for metal & plastic parts.
