EMS (Electrified Monorail System) is an overhead electrified monorail conveying system commonly used in automotive coating and assembly lines. It suspends and transports vehicle bodies or components along overhead tracks, saving floor space. Each trolley features independent drive, speed control and positioning functions, enabling flexible sequencing and mixed-model production. It can interface with PBS storage, spray booths and ovens. Equipped with safety interlocks and collision avoidance, it is widely applied for passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles and engineering machinery painting workshops.
